Half of the priciest estates to enter the Texas market this month are located in the Austin area, according to information provided by the Houston Association of Realtors. One notable Houston home also made the list.

All together, these 10 estates are currently listed at a combined $113,400,000. Take a look inside the state's most lavish homes to recently enter the market, which range from historic downtown Austin buildings to majestic lakefront villas.
