Focus on Solutions & Celebrate Detroit Month of Design This September With Exciting Interactivity

Detroit is a national and global design capital and USA’s only UNESCO-designated Design City. This year, Detroit Month of Design’s programming centers on design strategies with the capacity to strengthen community resources and mutual aid. Design Core Detroit’s 12th Annual Detroit Month of Design takes place September 1-30, 2022. Bring your curiosity for this year’s installment, which will feature over 80 events spanning categories ranging from exhibitions, such as the I.M. Weiss Gallery, to the return of Eastern Market After Dark (EMAD), installations, workshops, and many more.

Detroitisit rounded up a list of event highlights/exhibits across Metro Detroit that invite us all to engage in the present while investing our hearts in Detroit as it models the future-facing creative potential of post-industrial cities.
